Finally got a chance to cook in the new smoker I cooked some baby back ribs. I think that I am still at the beginning of the learning curve they turned out really tasty the whole family liked them I took some pictures to show the cook. Thanks to everybody that helped me with my build. GB

Well I think that all major construction is done all that is left is a little work on the latches the sanding, cleaning and painting. I will post a few pictures if you see something I missed let me know I would rather fix it now than after I paint it.
Well it rained most of the day yesterday and most of my work is outside so no work go done on the smoker. I did go and get a 1/2 cord of oak to use in it though so the day was not a total bust. While I was at the place I got the wood I looked at a latch on a wood stove and think that it might...
