    Opinions please. Just bought a 10 lb, spiral sliced, hickory smoked, ready to eat ham. Can I run it through my new Camp Chef pellet smoker to boost the flavor? If so, how long & how Hot?

    I live in Kyle, TX about 20 miles S of Austin. Totally new to this smoking thing so looking forward to learning a lot. I have a Camp Chef DLX due to arrive this week. A ton & a half of questions to submit as time allows. 80 years old, retired, love learning new stuff.

    Just joined SMF and looking forward to learning a lot. Totally new to smoking. Pellet poopers caught my eye cause I used a pellet stove for space heating in WA  in the late 80's. Just ordered a Camp Chef from outdoor cooking due to the low(er) price for an entry level smoker.
