I finished my my center firebox smoker grill. As posted in earlier threads by other builders the temps are easy to maintain and the finshed product is awesome. The neighbors ask now when we are going to fire it up again. I done several briskets and they fall apart when done and some of the juiciest meat I've ever had. Pictures to follow.
