They came off the smoker around midnight and by the time I got them bloomed and in the beer fringe it was 2am. Got some snack stix going now and still cutting deer up. :drool -

Rick, after this I know I will be building that proofer smoker. Headed over to Gander Mt to get some game bags to freeze some ground. I think I have about 75 pounds cleaned up so far and need to make some room in the fridge. -

SIL has a buddy that dropped at least 150 pound and maybe close to 200 pound of boned out Doe and wanted me to make SS, Snack Stix, Jerky and packs of ground burger. He said he will be back in 2 weeks with at least that much or more :help: Got 20 pounds of SS in the smoker and got lots of meat... -
