New Years Day fun. Challenge with new smoker was chips had to be replaced 3 times (will switch to chunks), water had to be refilled 4 times and eventually I gave up on it b/c it wasn't worth opening the door that often (switching to large pan next time), didn't have dual probe as local stores... -
