New member. Serious question.
Heres a few pics of mine...... did not remove foam, made sure everything was sealed off well with high temp food grade silicone, and removed all plastic and galvanized parts. replaced everything with aluminum, and works great! my smoker never exceeds 200 degrees and most often not more than...- fire393

Making some Beef Sticks today
what does the crisco on the stuffer plunger do for you??? -
Were can I find smaller then 19mm collagen casings??
I know a lot of lockers make snack sticks smaller then the 19mm casing size. anyone know were I can get smaller casings? -

My sticks always shrivel 3 times as much as that. whats the trick to keep them looking full? I have tried ice water bath with no different results....and always hang them to bloom.????? -
