I love doing them on my bullet i won my wife's heart with one. Wasn't sure if the smoke and heat coming across instead of from below would effect the turn out. I will definitely try the butter. I will also shoot to post some Q View this weekend.

Has anyone here done Beercan Chicken on an offset smoker I've always done mine on a bullet style smoker. I have to do more than will fit on my bullet smoker and I am just wondering if they cook differently, and if there is any tricks. Thanks in advance

Ok so I've decided to cut my losses on the hinges I'm going to use the drops from my ends and cut some pieces to weld to the door and the body of the CC anyone have any advice in making the switch I'm assuming I should weld the new hinges in place before cutting the old ones off. Any thoughts...
I have since added the stack vent adjustment and angle for shelves and varies other loose ends I'm getting really close hope to be smoking on it while it's still too hot to hang out in front of it.
