Hi everyone, name is Keith and I reside in Rockwell, NC(near Charlotte). I have been researching smoking meat and grilling for quite a while now and came up on this fourm, I have not bought my smoker just yet but have decided on a Okie Joe from Lowes, it fits my budget. I'm not new to smoking...
