Maverick Thermometer ET-7 and ET-73 Differences?
In regard to the Maverick thermometers, can anyone tell me the differences between the ET-7 and ET-73 models? I understand that they are both "dual probe" units. Is one better than the other? Thank you in advance for your help. FARQART- farqart

Found a place on the net that sells the 24" Smoke Vault for $249.00. They can ship it and shipping costs appear to be very reasonable. The place is located in north central Michigan (near Bay City). Weston 36" vs. Camp Smoke Vault 24"
I can obtain a Weston for about $100.00 less than the Camp Smoke Vault. Can anyone let me know if there's a big difference between the two units? In the long run should I spend or save the $100.00?
