I was assuming there was a place where people were talking about there builds like the smokers
Coyote there was not a link and I have yet to master the search functions
I thought the woks I had seen looked like a plow disk interesting I have big cooking pots that are # 6 sewer pipe...
While looking around the forum I have seen a few pictures of homemade woks
However, I have not found anything about building them could someone point me in the right direction THANKS

Just a thought boneless skinless when grilled or sautéed in a skillet cook very quick that’s why a lot of folks use a cover keep moisture in when cooking this way
I assume you are looking for smoke flavor also that is why you’re cooking them on your smoker...
thanks good point if everthing is pre cooked it really is just about smoke and making sure the sausage is done i think iam going to make another breakfast & pizza style tonight for tommorow
meathunter i have a stumps stretch and a thermapen i know i ran over on the temp because i checked it and kept cooking it when i did pull it got excited forgot to check final temp

at 250 will the bacon brown and crisp or should i plan to finish it off in the oven
i did mine at 275 pit temp not sure what intenal was family loved it but ithought it could have been moister
