Hello neighbor! When I ordered my WSM, I also ordered a Redi-Chek ET-73. I had about a 50 deg. difference in temps. The Redi-Check was measuring grill temp as opposed to the factory gauge reading lid temp. I checked the Redi-Check for calibration (boiling water) and it was pretty close...
