    When to the store today and found a good deal on pork chops. Can i use chops over pork shoulder to make sausage. The only thing i can think of is i might have to add fat because they are alittle lean. Any thoughts. Thanks

    Does any body use the usda guide line about boiling the meat or somking above 160.  I have never had a issue, well not yet.  Won't boiling it be cook the meat and them you would just be drying out the meat.  Would you boil the meat in the merinated.  I am asking because i use a little cheif...
