Thank you, It didn't take as long as I thought to build it, about 12-14 hours. I did some cheese a weeks ago, can't wait to try it, today I am going to do some country pork ribs, right now everything is an experiment.

Forgot to mention details. smoker is made of shiplap pine framed around pine 2x4 studs, od dimensions are 3x3x8', heat source is 35000 btu burner from northern tools, smoke generator is made by smokai . Time to build approximately 12 hours.
