Corned Beef
Ok, now for the pictures Here is the brisket in the brine on day 10 of its 20 day bath The corned beef we had for dinner tonight, man was it good. Here is the pastrami that was smoked today, not the best picture will try again tomorrow while I am slicing it. Dave- dschoemaker

Lots of fun today, picked up 20lbs of pork butt from Costco, what shall I do with this :0 3lbs of Tasso perhaps, all spiced, one bagged up and erady to go into the fridge: 10 lbs of Cubes Pork Butt that would become my breakfast sausage and brat patties. Finished sausage patties...- dschoemaker
