Like to fish, cook and spend time with the family. I've been playing with the smoker about three years now. I'm sure glad I found this site, everyone here has some knowledge to share. Don't mind my profile pic, crawfish is my favorite and they are as much fun to catch as they are to eat. Maybe I can get some grilled redfish on here soon too.
