Just bought this smoker and while the thermometer goes up to 600+, I can't seem to get the thing higher than 210. It sat on high for the past four and a half hours just to get to 210 (three hours just to get above 200) and this is with the temperature dial as high as it goes. It is outside and...- drbob66
