Hey everyone. I've had a bottle of Pinot while waiting for my ribs to finish their 6 hours. Mix that with Sinatra records and I'm feeling..... Rambunctious. Bacon wrapped Pork Loin
So I just found out my guests this weekend are having Roasted Chicken tonight. So I need to switch up from the Smoked chickens I was gonna do. I've done a Pork Loin before and it was great. Then the thought of adding Bacon on top... cuz... bacon.... was a good idea. But I don't want it to burn... -
Whiskey Barrell wood chips
Had my dad over for the week. The plan was to smoke a pork butt last weekend (it came out perfect and 9 people devoured it).
