Smoking meats other then beef, same process??
A few weeks ago I made 4 lbs of ground Bear meat jerky. I followed the Eastman's pkg instructions for beef and it came out perfect.- dextreme

My 30" MES died...suggestions?
I have a 20070106 that have had for about 3 years now. Absolutely love it! The other day, it quit smoking. The red heat inidicator light was on, the rest of the panel also looked normal...but no heat. Would the likely problem be the element it out? Or a problem with the...- dextreme
