    Same thoughts a lot $ for a rack and pans. Buddy made similar system with taco shell rack each held a slab and put in pan underneath ???

    Anyone use the Ribilizer on a stick burner smoker? if so, what were the results. Appears to me made for a gas grill but the Company says made also for a stick burner smoker.

    Just a little advice on using that wire brush on your grates.  I have had 2 situations where a piece of wire from the wire brush came loose and was in a burger I cooked. Had to rush brother of mine to ER to remove. Check carefully for this BBQ chefs.

    Look at the Old Country Brazos.  They run about $1,000.00 @ academy. If you go to Academy and find one with scratches or dents. A lot of them out there. They will discount the smoker.     Smoked meatloaf finally! Q-view

    I am going to try the meat loaf tonight.  I need to buy a perforated pan, and use my regular recipe,(3lbs sirloin, ketchup, yellow mustard, onions, garlic, brown sugar, bread crumbs,2 eggs, 1 cup milk, and a pinch of kitchen bouquet.
