I have also been thinking about buying the iGrill. I believe it has dual probe support which would be nice, one for the meat and one for the smoker temp. My old thermometer just died on my last smoke.
Everything has turned out really good so far. Maybe the the smokers going easy on me since I'm a newbie lol...I think all the great info on this site. Some Pics of my first 2 smokes Ribs and Boston butt pulled. All in one week, like I said this is addicting....
Smoked my first turkey breast today. Picked a nice one up from fresh market, About 8lbs.
It turned out very nice and tender with great smoke flavor. Cooked at around 325 gave a crisp skin with moist meat and about a 3.5 cook time. This is my 3rd time smoking in a week since I got this smoker...
