    Wow thank you for the informative post! I wasn't sure about this sugar (disregard organic label) because it is larger pellets and is more brown in color. Bought it at BJ'S. I gotta hear more about that kahlua! How'd that turn out?

    Yeah Red I got two lbs. Of each of the following: maple, hickory, apple, and pitmaster's choice. I'm gonna try the ribs using the smoker tray with chunks of apple I have from a tree that blew over from a crazy wind storm we had in NY this winter.
