SMOKED SCALLOPS, BLACK RICE, "PISTACHIO SHELL & VANILLA BEAN SMOKING CHIPS" = WON-DER-FUL!!!!!
Looks really good! The vanilla part is interesting, i used the cmbination before with scallops but never used it to produce smoke. It's high on mu to-do-list!- culinairezaken
