Love to cook, but smokin' meat is my favorite thing to do. I've been smoking meat for many years now. I have benefited from learning the ropes from many "Good Ole Boys" down South. Originally, I'm from Providence RI. Moved to Ft. Myers FL in my youth. After high school, I moved to Santa Maria CA and learned the tremendous method known as "Santa Maria Style BBQ". From CA I moved back to SW FL for about 20 years and then moved back up North in 2004 where I live now. No offense to my Northern neighbors, but when it comes to Smokin' or BBQ, the majority of the folks up here would benefit greatly by reading this site.
