My wife surprised me by throwing down for a Kamado Joe rig this weekend. I knew I married the right one! Here is a pic of the first dinner. Ribeye steaks, grilled corn, smoked green beans and roasted potatoes!- copout

Well, I had another weekend working on the smoker. No pics this week, but I will post some next week during the build. I have finished the cooking chamber with the exception of the "guts". Met with my welder this morning at 8 am. What a beautiful morning and day it is. Had a high in the 70's in January! We started working on the trailer today. 3500# axle with 15 inch rims and tires.
