Yes sir. I probably had about 6 hours and $15 in paint. Most parts I already had laying around. That weber le lid is one I had because I the kettle I bought had a warped lid and weber sent a new lid. The warped lid fit perfect.
Yesterday was a great cold day of cooking. We started off cooking for a Christmas party for the neighbors. Fed about 60 people.
While meat was cooking we also built a couple of uds and tried them out on some ribs for ourselves. That uds will probably be my comp rib cooker from now on.
I am doing a small batch. No way I'm doing 100 pounds of something I have not tried. I did not change the amount in the spreadsheet before I copied it.
I am trying to put a recipe together for Chipotle sausage. I will be using a jalapeno cheddar sausage recipe but I don't know where to start if I replace the dried jalapeno with Chipotle powder.

I messed up on the butts. While dealing with a drunk family member I somehow forgot to put rub on them. I ended up with barkless pork butts. After pulling them I added some salt, pepper, and blues hog and they are "ok" but not great.

I just finished a 16 pound beef shoulder clod and 2 pork butts for our family reunion. Expecting around 60 people. Beans, Dutch oven potatoes, and cobbler to go with the meat.
Clod seasoned with salt and pepper.
