    Just un-boxed new MES 40...it's damaged!

    I bought a 30" Masterbuilt smoker from QVC recently.  I put it together, started seasoning it and when I got ready to add some chips I couldn't open the door.  Pulled on the handle and the handle came off in my hand.  (I'm sure I didn't put the handle mechanism together properly)  The door still...
