Cedar smokehouse construction
I have a metal square smoker. It originally came with the water pan. I found after a while it wasn't working how I wanted it to. I pulled the water pan and had a cast iron grill plate from an previous grill it it fit perfect. I insert it on an angle so the drippings hit is and add extra flavor...- cjmoore
