Hello everyone, I have this water tank, and I am looking to convert it into a vertical smoker. What are your thoughts on this one? would you keep the fire at the bottom of the ring? Would you lift up the smoker and put legs on it ? ( *yes lipstick too ). lol I am not sure how many grates...- citislicker
