    Why is Franklin BBQ in austin so good?

    I've lived in Austin my entire life, never had Franklins. Had everything else but not worth standing in line. It probably is good, but still not waiting in line.

    My name is Gonzalo. I reside in Austin, Texas with wife (no kids). Late start in bbq/grilling interest at age of 39. Wife wanted to bbq/grill. Done it, now interested in smoking ribs. We are using a Brinkmann Smoke'n Grill. Hope to learn alot from here.
