overall the smoker does a very good job. set 250 get 225. i start with hot water . this sure gets you going alot faster. have had the smoker about a month . fall of the bone babys several times. 1- 8lbs prime rib tender smoked good. 2- briskets total 12lbs, oustanding results. used the light...
