The start of my smoking addiction
I purchased a used Cajun Injector XL smoker yesterday. I've wnted one for quite a while now and couldn't pass up this deal. I smoked 6 skinless breasts last night. Mesquite wood because the bag was open, S&P and garlic powder. Taste was there but kind of dry. Put a small brisket on this morning...- caweber

A lot of nice units on here guys! Just acquired this Cajun Injector yesterday. Did some skinless breast last night and started a brisket this morning. I will throw some ribs on in a bit as well.- caweber
