    Thanks for the compliment. I'll try to get some closer pics of the grill. It has a charcoal pan in it as well if you don't want to use the gas. I didn't put an ash pan in the RF smokers. Ill usually just shovel and wash all the ashes out when I clean up after the cook.

    Thanks. We cooked around 600 pounds total. I'm not exactly sure how many people were at the event. We were home catching up on some sleep by that time.

    Fixed up the wood storage area. Should hold more than enough to supply both smokers. Back panel lifts out to walk up between the smokers. Also mounted the propane tanks up inside the trailer uprights out of the way.
