Just the cup of kosher per gallon i leave a 1/4 cup out on a 4 gal batch and add about 1/8 cup greek seasoning. In juice for 12.-16 hrs. Depends on when work lets me get to them.
Well i had 4 chickens begging for some smoke who am i to deny that need. I am hooked on brining and lump charcoal with hardwood sticks. Still appreciate my GOSM but wood wins. There will be some happy people at work tomorrow.
