    Smoked IT 165, wife likes it a little more on the done side.  I used Hickory and never let my temp get above 250.

    Well, tried my first smoke.  Took a 6 LB sirloin tip roast, borrowed a recipe on here and all I can say is wow....Im hooked!  Thanks guys, I will contribute to the forum as I learn.

    Hello to all, I cam across your site while searching for a good recipe for brisket.  I almost cried, to think one can do so much with the smoker.  I have many hobbies, gardening, poultry, fly fishing and yes smoking the meat.  So glad to have found your site and look forward to gaining more...
