We are young "Butchers banda" team who started smoking meat, low and slow, at the age of 26. We are from Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, Ukraine. As for us, this is a new and very interesting business. We made our own smoker by hand and we are the first one in our small town. We cook: pork ribs, smoky burgers, chicken wings, sausages .During our existence, we were visited the barbecue championship in Kiev, also the beer festival and prepared American dishes which is unusual for Ukraine in other cities.
