    Smoking my first Turkey

    Does anyone have a good easy brine recipe?  I have smoked chicken, but this will be my first Turkey.  It is a 9lb lil'butterball.

    POS Masterbuilt smoker. 1 day old, now DOA. Electronics are out.....
