thank you all for the help I ended up getting an electric smoker. Now my next question I was told to let the smoker run for 3 hrs. and put my wood chips in it for the last 45 min. did anyone else do this. and also I was told to wipe down the inside of it with alittle vegetable oil after cleaning...
Thank you alblancher. Yes I'm going to have it at my home only just wasn't sure what one is better. I am worried with the propane smoker about getting that taste in the meat
I am looking to purchase another smoker I had started with a small one but now I am looking at a masterbuilt 30" smoker I can anyone give me advice on either the electric or propane. Thanks for your help
