New to BBQ
Sounds odd I know but I got my start in a small butcher shop helping with deer and after school and worked my way up now I manage a local supermarket meat shop been there for about 12 years this November. I love my job. Not to many people have their jobs as a hobbie also.- bryce jenkins

My name is Bryce from Southern Illinois. I am new to BBQing meat but have been a meatcutter for about 15 years or so.
