    Smoker/Pig Roaster

    I've been building and perfecting a smoker/pig roaster from a 250 gal fuel oil tank.  I'm considering a temperature controller like Pitmaster IQ120 or BBQ Guru.  Anybody have any experience/guess how much blower I need?  10 cfm, 15, 25? Thanks FYI, been smokin about 2 years.

    Do you think the 10 cfm would be enough for a smoker made from a 250 gal fuel oil tank?
