I am a retired long haul truck driver and doing what I've been wanting to do for a long time (STAY HOME) I did quite a bit of grilling but had never tried smoking. My son in law dabbled in smoking and got me interested. I did some ribs last Sunday and even he was impressed which incuredged me all the more. Been reading all your tips and thanks a bunch.
