Check out the smoker I built, holds about 90 lbs of meat. Works well with a single pork butt or with 4 butts, 3 briskest and 14 turkey legs. Very efficient and does not need babysitting.

I've done my best to address the long list of buts, and, amhappy to say that I have reached something like smoking bliss.
