Hey Dave, Yes, its a whole one and yes I will be doing it on the grill. As a matter of fact, I will be doing a couple of Boston Butts and hopefully some ribs as well. If I smoked it wwhole to an IT of 125 to 130, how long does it look like it will take to me do? Also, this is not my first time...- braveraven

I just got a beef tenderloin from work today and I was going to do it next tuesday while I am doing a Boston Butt and some ribs. What are some suggestions on how to cook this tenderloin.- braveraven
