Jeffs Rub - measurements
I made up a huge amount of Jeffs Rub the last time. I'm now mixing up another bagful and am having a senior moment. The recipe says 2-1/2 TBSP Course (salad Grind) Black Pepper. Is this two and one half tablespoons OR two 1/2 tablespoons, I know what makes sense butt. On my two pork butts...- boilerman

buying wood chips
I've bought the chunks from the Depot. Pretty good deal here.I've also bought chips which I wrap in foil and poke holes in it. A suggestion from one of the guys here.The chips last longer. you may want to put a removable stack(can't tell if this is what you got from pictures) with locking joints.This would allow you varying height. classB or even class A chimney.Are you going to weld up a frame and get a couple small car axles and wheels from the junk yard? always put more...- boilerman
