Thanks hambone, that is what I'm here for, looking for any ideas. Not much of a mustard fan but I have 4 daughters and I'm willing to try anything once. Still waiting on ups, then I guess ill do the seasoning process and figure the wood flavoring (soaking chips?). -

I had signed up for the 5 day course befoe joining the forum. Smoker should be here today, just waiting on the brown truck. Picked up a Boston butt and some sausage yesterday, now to see what I can put on them. Time to start reading. Thanks for the welcomes. -
