Little Chief not Smoking
The last couple of times I have used my Little Chief for salmon, there is no evidence of smoke. The element works & is up to temp. The chips in the center of the pan are burnt. The fish comes out "cooked" but lack the smoke flavor for lack of smoke. Suggestions?- blacklake
