    Did a brisket and chicken legs for a friend's bbq.....everyone hovered around the brisket and were trying to steal pieces off of it before I could slice it...it was the hit of the bbq

    JIRodriguez I only have the 18.5 WSM so a rack wont fit flat I get all my briskets from Cash and Carry too...last time I was there, I saw their ribs are cheaper per lb than Costco, but you only get 2 racks in a package instead of the 3 racks I'll look into trimming ribs on a future smoking...
