First time smoker here, received a Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain Smoker from my family for Christmas. It's a propane fueled smoker.
Seasoned it up yesterday, and have thrown some country style pork ribs on today for a slow cook.
It's 27* here, with a light wind, and for the first hour...
