    Giving credit where it's due on those. I think there must be something in the water up there. I had a friend from Whitehouse I met at SFA, and he had some great dishes he used to whip up. I miss my days out in East Texas! Beats the hustle and bustle down here any day.

    That's great advice Lemans thanks. I'm trying to make sure I don't mess up on a more expensive piece of meat. So I am glad you shared that. I knew there was a specific way to split a brisket, and I love burnt ends. So win win.
