    Wings for the first time

    Got a full size aluminum foil pan full of trimmed wings. Poured a quart of Texas Pete sauce over them and a cup of Strawberry's BBQ rub.     A Little Trick For Ribs

    Got this little tip for removing the membrane on the backside of ribs. Walmart has a fish skinning set of pliers for $5. Works a lot eaiser than pulling the skin with a paper towel. Try it out!

    It's a smooth non-chunky salsa. I like my salsa thin and with some heat. The serrano peppers add the right amount of heat to complement the jalapeno peppers.
