Sorry about that Jck. I found them online years ago. I do see now you can get them retail as well if you need some in a hurry. I've always bought direct product has always come quick and fresh and always felt like they had good prices. Thanks for the link dave. -
Green Chile Pork Sausage
I have a really stupid question. I know that the green chilis come from the southwest, is there an equivalent pepper in the Midwest that is similar? I grow banana peppers sweet and hot but not sure they are the same. I love the green chili that you get at the ski resorts and can only imagine... -

I've used the ps seasonings for jalepeno summer sausage links and it gets great compliments from all who try it. Great flavor and not to hot so even my wife likes it. Problem is its so good i cant stop eating it. I've been thinking of trying the maple habanero but figure its gotta be hot... -
What does the supermarket put in ground beef to keep it looking purdy?
I have lots of experience with ground meats. Pops is right in an earlier post about the 60 lb frozen bull. This product will make much better tasting burger than the tubes that 95 percent of most grocery stores now use. There is no telling what is in the tubes nor no telling the shelf life... -
